The recording of fast and ultra-fast transients is done with a high sampling rate and includes normally a fraction of a complete sinusoidal cycle. To put this in a lager context, still being memory efficient, we have equipped the meter with the possibility to cross-trig a longer switching transient recording rate when a fast transient occurs.
As a natural consequence of the new cross-trigging transient recording we have also added a feature to PQ Secure to draw recordings overlapping in time in the same graph. In this way you can easily zoom out and see the context that is surrounding the fast event.
