elkvalitetsparametrar. Dagens instrument hanterar i regel alla de vanligaste parametrarna s\u00e5som sp\u00e4nning, str\u00f6m, effekt, \u00f6vertoner, sp\u00e4nningsdippar, flimmer och transienter. Ofta \u00e4r det sv\u00e5rt att p\u00e5 f\u00f6rhand s\u00e4ga vilken typ av st\u00f6rning som ger upphov till ett feltillst\u00e5nd. Ju fler olika typer av st\u00f6rningar instrumentet hanterar, desto sannolikare \u00e4r det att man kan ringa in st\u00f6rningen, alternativt s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla och utesluta vilka st\u00f6rningar som f\u00f6rekommer och vilka som inte f\u00f6rekommer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e05dbe4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e05dbe4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" id=\"recommentations\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>N\u00e5gra rekommendationer f\u00f6r fast elkvalitets\u00f6vervakning<\/h4><p>N\u00e4r man ska investera i system f\u00f6r kontinuerlig elkvalitets\u00f6vervakning \u00e4r det viktigt att fundera \u00f6ver antalet m\u00e4tpunkter som b\u00f6r ing\u00e5 i systemet. Administrations- och hanteringsm\u00e4ssigt vill man inte att det ska ta mer tid att hantera ett system som omfattar 1-2 m\u00e4tare j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med ett som hanterar 5, 10 eller 100-tals m\u00e4tare.<\/p><p>I takt med att systemet v\u00e4xer st\u00e4lls krav p\u00e5 skalbarhet i systemet, att det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt att analysera flera m\u00e4tare samtidigt, att man centralt kan konfigurera och administrera m\u00e4tare i grupper och att nedladdning till databas sk\u00f6ts per automatik mm. Det ska vara enkelt att f\u00e5 en \u00f6verblick och se hur st\u00f6rningar sl\u00e5r igenom och sprider sig i eln\u00e4tet.<\/p><p>Om man har f\u00f6r avsikt att arbeta med elkvalitet statistiskt och\/eller i ett l\u00e5ngsiktigt perspektiv med exempelvis immunitetsniv\u00e5er, b\u00f6r man se \u00f6ver vilka m\u00f6jligheter som finns att analysera m\u00e4tdata \u00f6ver flera \u00e5r. En f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning \u00e4r exempelvis att systemet st\u00f6djer n\u00e5gon form av databas d\u00e4r man samlar m\u00e4tdata f\u00f6r att sedan kunna analysera denna som en sammanh\u00e4ngande m\u00e4ngd med obruten tidsaxel.<\/p><p>Skulle man vara begr\u00e4nsad till analys av endast n\u00e5gon m\u00e5nad kommer man f\u00e5 mycket sv\u00e5rt att se de trender som upptr\u00e4der \u00f6ver tid. Vid kontinuerlig \u00f6vervakning \u00e4r fj\u00e4rrkommunikation en v\u00e4sentlig del av systemet. Val av kommunikation styrs huvudsakligen av vilka kommunikationsalternativ som finns tillg\u00e4ngliga p\u00e5 m\u00e4tplatsen. Finns Ethernet \u00e4r detta att f\u00f6redra, annars g\u00e4ller det att v\u00e4lja utrustning som har st\u00f6d f\u00f6r annan l\u00e4mplig kommunikation, exempelvis uppringd telefonkommunikation (PSTN, modem), tr\u00e5dl\u00f6s modemkommunikation (t.ex. GPRS) etc.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-610b239 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"610b239\" data-element_type=\"widget\" id=\"recommentations2\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>N\u00e5gra rekommendationer f\u00f6r portabla instrument<\/h4><p>Utf\u00f6r man mycket korttidsm\u00e4tningar (m\u00e4tningar p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon timme) och arbetar mycket med fels\u00f6kning kan ett instrument med display vara att f\u00f6redra f\u00f6r en enklare direktanalys. Om m\u00e4tningarna utf\u00f6rs utomhus eller i minusgrader b\u00f6r ist\u00e4llet displayens temperatur- och slag-\/repk\u00e4nslighet beaktas och d\u00e4rmed \u00e4r displayfria instrument att f\u00f6redra.<\/p><p>\u00c4r instrumentet t\u00e4nkt att anv\u00e4ndas i tuffa milj\u00f6er med fukt och damm eller i milj\u00f6er d\u00e4r temperaturen varierar mycket s\u00e5 rekommenderas IP-65 klassade instrument. Om man ska utf\u00f6ra mycket l\u00e5ngtidsm\u00e4tningar d\u00e4r man kontinuerligt beh\u00f6ver tillg\u00e5ng till m\u00e4tdata s\u00e5 finns det instrument som nyttjar exempelvis GSM-kommunikation d\u00e4r man kan b\u00e5de konfigurera m\u00e4tare och h\u00e4mta hem m\u00e4tdata.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-489d550 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"489d550\" data-element_type=\"widget\" id=\"portableFixed\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Portabel vs fast \u00f6vervakning<\/h4><p>I vissa avseenden finns det en tydlig skiljelinje mellan fast och portabel elkvalitetsutrustning. Syftet med kontinuerlig \u00f6vervakning \u00e4r att man ska kunna registrera st\u00f6rningar n\u00e4r de uppst\u00e5r och sedan kunna f\u00f6rklara h\u00e4ndelsef\u00f6rlopp.<\/p><p>En annan f\u00f6rdel med kontinuerlig \u00f6vervakning \u00e4r att man kan arbeta mer f\u00f6rebyggande och uppt\u00e4cka begynnande st\u00f6rningar innan de eskalerar och f\u00e5r allt f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngtg\u00e5ende konsekvenser. Med portabla instrument arbetar man mer felavhj\u00e4lpande\/fels\u00f6kande efter att en st\u00f6rning har uppst\u00e5tt. Med portabla m\u00e4tningar \u00e4r man alltiod \u201df\u00f6r sent\u201d ute, st\u00f6rningen har redan intr\u00e4ffat! Beroende p\u00e5 karakt\u00e4ren p\u00e5 felet\/st\u00f6rningen kan det vara aktuellt att m\u00e4ta under s\u00e5v\u00e4l kortare som l\u00e4ngre m\u00e4tperioder.<\/p><p>Om man utf\u00f6r m\u00e4tningar som \u00e4r ett par m\u00e5nader eller l\u00e4ngre \u00e4r fast installerade m\u00e4tinstrument att rekommendera. Sett ur ett s\u00e4kerhetsperspektiv \u00e4r det att f\u00f6redra fastinstallerad utrustning men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att dessa i vissa fall har en b\u00e4ttre hantering av l\u00e4ngre m\u00e4tperioder och fler alternativa l\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r fj\u00e4rrkommunikation. Vid korttidsm\u00e4tningar, (tim- eller veckom\u00e4tning) och m\u00e4tningar ur ett fels\u00f6kningsperspektiv \u00e4r ett portabelt instrument med dess flexibilitet att f\u00f6redra.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-632a9a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"632a9a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" id=\"accuracy\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Hur viktigt \u00e4r m\u00e4tnoggrannhet?<\/h4><p>Det \u00e4r stora skillnader mellan olika typer av m\u00e4tinstrument med avseende p\u00e5 m\u00e4tnoggrannhet. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det viktigt att man inf\u00f6r inf\u00f6rskaffande av m\u00e4tinstrument \u00e4r p\u00e5 det klara med om det \u00e4r normativa eller indikativa m\u00e4tningar man ska utf\u00f6ra.<\/p><p>Elkvalitetsinstrument kan liknas vid utvecklingen f\u00f6r alkoholm\u00e4tare, d\u00e4r det finns en m\u00e4ngd indikativa m\u00e4tare av v\u00e4ldigt varierande kvalitet medan de normativa precisionsm\u00e4tarna som polisen anv\u00e4nder sig av utg\u00f6r ett helt eget segment d\u00e4r tuffa krav p\u00e5 m\u00e4tnoggrannhet, m\u00e4tmetod och krav p\u00e5 regelbunden kalibrering st\u00e4lls.<\/p><p>I de fall man utf\u00f6r m\u00e4tningar d\u00e4r de absoluta gr\u00e4nsv\u00e4rdena \u00e4r av betydelse vid exempelvis tvistefr\u00e5gor, besiktning och m\u00e4tningar f\u00f6r dimensionering av skydd mm s\u00e5 \u00e4r det en f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning att man anv\u00e4nder sig av utrustning som fullt ut uppfyller IEC 61000-4-30, klass A. Om man d\u00e4remot utf\u00f6r m\u00e4tningar f\u00f6r exempelvis fels\u00f6kning och felavhj\u00e4lpning d\u00e4r de absoluta niv\u00e5erna \u00e4r mindre viktiga kommer man l\u00e5ngt med de indikativa standardinstrument som finns ute p\u00e5 marknaden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-908a061 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"908a061\" data-element_type=\"widget\" id=\"A\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Vad inneb\u00e4r Klass A?<\/h4><p>IEC 61000-4-30, klass A \u00e4r en internationell norm som reglerar hur ett instrument m\u00e4ter och ber\u00e4knar olika elkvalitetsparametrar s\u00e5 att de v\u00e4rden som uppm\u00e4tts \u00e4r j\u00e4mf\u00f6rbara mellan olika instrument och olika fabrikat.<\/p><p>P\u00e5 marknaden finns ett antal instrument som utger sig f\u00f6r att uppfylla IEC 61000-4-30, klass A. Dock har det visat sig i samband med tester och j\u00e4mf\u00f6rande m\u00e4tningar att endast ett f\u00e5tal av dessa instrument fullt ut uppfyller IEC 61000-4-30, klass A. Tv\u00e5 parametrar som visat sig extra sv\u00e5ra att m\u00e4ta upp normenligt \u00e4r flimmer och \u00f6vertoner.<\/p><p>F\u00f6r att ta flimmer som exempel avser detta st\u00f6rningar som ligger inom \u00f6gats k\u00e4nslighetsomr\u00e5de, vilket f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter att h\u00f6gfrekventa st\u00f6rningar och signaler filtreras bort. Detta st\u00e4ller krav p\u00e5 att m\u00e4tinstrumentet \u00e4r f\u00f6rsett med (aktiva) antialiasfilter f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra att antialiasfenomen uppst\u00e5r och felaktiga flimmerv\u00e4rden uppm\u00e4ts.<\/p><p>Om ett m\u00e4tinstrument ska vara korrekt i enlighet med klass A f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tts att instrumentet \u00e4r f\u00f6rsett med antialiasfilter vilkas brytfrekvens ligger vid 3KHz och att signaler och brus d\u00e4r\u00f6ver filtreras bort.
